Before joining Pillsbury, Zack served as the deputy general counsel of a closely held group of companies engaged in manufacturing, retail distribution and e-commerce. Earlier in his career, Zack spent seven years in the state and local tax group of an international law firm, advising Fortune 500 companies and market leaders on multistate tax controversy, planning and policy.
