Represented a publicly traded multinational restaurant operator in its acquisition of a 40 percent interest in a U.S. better-burger chain for approximately $100 million.
Successfully defended an international Mexican QSR chain in a seminal wage and hour class action brought on behalf of over 3,000 current and former restaurant managers and assistant managers.
