A team of Pillsbury lawyers led by Corporate partner Stan Lewandowski represented Clinscience, a contract research organization (CRO) and subsidiary of Poland-based pharmaceutical distributor NEUCA Group, in its investment agreement to acquire 51% of shares in Agati Systems, a clinical data, regulatory and custom software services provider.
According to a press release, the investment is considered a testament to Clinscience's sustained focus on the Digital Data-Driven (3D) strategy.
In addition to Lewandowski, the deal team further included Corporate senior associate Mediha Ali and associate Chantele Karim.
