Mediha Ali focuses on securities transactions and general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings, as well as other transactional matters.

Mediha advises entrepreneurs and startup companies across a variety of industries through all stages of their life cycle, including formation, seed and venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises public and private companies of all sizes in their mergers and acquisitions, including asset purchases, spin-offs, acqui-hires and other transactional matters. Mediha also has experience representing venture capital investors and funds.

Prior to the practice of law, Mediha served as an international diplomat at Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at the United Nations, where she worked on matters under the purview of the Security Council, the Peacebuilding Commission and the General Assembly.
