Pillsbury advised Pluribus Networks, Inc., a unified cloud networking company delivering solutions based on the principles of open networking and distributed, controllerless SDN automation, in its acquisition by Arista Networks, Inc., an industry leader in data-driven, client to cloud networking for large data center environments.

Pluribus Networks further enhances Arista’s next phase of the Converged Cloud Fabric offering for next generation, smart edge and telco/cloud applications.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
