Christina Pearson represents companies in every stage of their life cycle, from start-up to maturity, and counsels her clients through liquidity transactions such as venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings.

Christina works extensively with private companies, providing guidance on incorporation, corporate governance, capital raising, securities laws and transactional matters. She also assists public companies in their public and other equity offerings, corporate governance and periodic reporting matters.   • Represented SYNNEX Corporation in its acquisition of Convergys Corporation for $2.4 billion, its acquisition of The Minacs Group Pte for $420 million, and in its purchase of Westcon-Comstor’s Latin America and North America operations from Datatec Ltd. for $800 million, which was awarded M&A Atlas’ 2018 Deal of the Year.
  • Represented Inphi Corporation in its acquisition of eSilicon Corporation for $216 million, its acquisition of ClariPhy Communications Inc. for $275 million, and in the sale of its memory business to Rambus Inc. for $90 million.
  • Represented InvenSense, Inc. in its $1.3 billion sale to Tokyo-based TDK Corporation, which was awarded 2018 Cross-border deal of the year by M&A Advisor.
