A team of Pillsbury lawyers led by Corporate partner Stan Lewandowski advised Airgap Networks, the leader in cybersecurity solutions for business-critical networks, in its recent acquisition by Zscaler, Inc., the leader in cloud security.

The terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.

The combination of Airgap Networks’ agentless segmentation technology and Zscaler’s Zero Trust SD-WAN is expected to transform how enterprises implement Zero Trust Segmentation to IoT/OT devices, and critical infrastructure across branches, campuses, factories and data centers, including east-west connectivity.

Extending zero trust to devices on internal networks, securing critical OT infrastructure and delivering operational simplicity and cost savings are among the ways that customers will benefit from the partnership, as reported by an official press release.
