Pillsbury advised The Appointment Group LLC, a subsidiary of UK-based parent company (TAG), the market leading high-touch travel management company to the entertainment and corporate markets, in connection with TAG’s acquisition by ECI Partners, a leading growth-focused mid-market private equity firm.
The terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
Formerly known as The Appointment Group, TAG was founded in 1988 and specializes in booking flights, hotels and other travel arrangements for pop groups, comedians, celebrities and their entourages, according to coverage by City A.M.
As reported by an official TAG press release, the company is poised for further expansion with ECI’s backing, bolstering its platform and enhancing its bespoke offering to its client base around the world.
