A Pillsbury team led by Stanley Pierson represented Brium, a team of leading compiler and AI software experts with deep expertise in machine learning, AI inference, and performance optimization, in its recent acquisition by AMD. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

According to an announcement by AMD, the acquisition will strengthen AMD’s ability to deliver highly optimized AI solutions across the entire stack and reduce developer dependencies on specific hardware configurations.
