- Represented Immersion Corporation in its definitive agreement with Barnes & Noble Education and certain of the company’s existing shareholders and strategic partners, which included BNED receiving gross proceeds of $95 million of new equity capital through a $50 million new equity investment led by Immersion and a $45 million fully backstopped equity rights offering.
- Represented Bilt Rewards in its acquisition of Banyan.
- Represented Chevron New Energies in various investments, including ION Clean Energy’s $45 million Series A financing and ZENRG Services’ Series A financing.
