Pillsbury has been recognized as a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion" in the 2021 Disability Equality Index (DEI). The annual list recognized only four law firms this year. Read more here.

The annual index benchmarks corporate policies and practices regarding disability inclusion and equality in leadership, culture and benefits. This year’s DEI was modernized to ask companies questions that account for the evolving workplace following COVID-19. The 2021 findings show that one year after the pandemic, companies that execute on disability inclusion priorities are better positioned for growth and long-term sustainability as the global economy recovers and as more institutional investors are tying ESG efforts to disability.

Pillsbury takes great pride in its steadfast commitment to building a diverse and inclusive culture. The firm was among the first to promote women to partnership and the first large, national firm in the U.S. to elect a woman as its top leader. Year after year, Pillsbury’s inclusion efforts are recognized by Vault.com, the National Association of Female Executives and the Human Rights Campaign, among other organizations.
