Geoffrey Sant, co-leader of Pillsbury’s China practice, has been named to China Business Law Journal’s A-List 2025-26: The Visionaries (International). The Visionaries category is one of three featured in the publication’s annual A-List Awards.

According to China Business Law Journal, this year’s A-List is the product of extensive research and nominations from corporate counsel and executives at leading Chinese and multinational companies, partners at domestic and international law firms, and legal experts across a wide range of industries. In total, 100 lawyers from Chinese law firms and 80 lawyers from foreign law firms or overseas practices were recognized as the most esteemed practitioners in the market. Notably, of the attorneys listed, only four are based in the United States, including Sant.

Visionaries are described by the publication as trailblazers whose insight, leadership and influence are shaping the future of the legal profession. The 2025–26 Visionaries list spotlights industry pioneers who exemplify excellence in both professional leadership and broader social contribution.
