SAN DIEGO – Pillsbury advised HCAP Partners aka HFMC Capital LLC in its investment in Confirm BioSciences, a diagnostic and wellness testing company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to the Daily Journal, the capital from HCAP’s investment will be used to accelerate growth initiatives at Confirm BioSciences.
Started in 2008, Confirm Biosciences is a woman-owned company that has built a marketing services platform that manages all components of drug and wellness kit testing from sourcing to selling, including customer support and feedback to vendors. HCAP Partners is a private equity and investment service firm. Both are located in San Diego.
San Diego Corporate partner Christian Salaman worked on the deal along with consulting manager Martin Bridges, also in San Diego.
