Martin J. Bridges is a consulting manager in Pillsbury’s corporate practice. He is not an attorney, but a business advisor who works alongside our attorneys on client matters.

Martin assists our attorneys in advising clients with formation, finance, contracting and ongoing operational needs, as well as fundraising from the likes of angel investors, venture capitalists and banks. He also leads outreach to entrepreneurs and startup companies at incubators, co-working facilities and universities throughout Southern California.

Martin has extensive hands-on experience with contract negotiations and is able to support our attorneys when advising clients on business terms, transaction structuring and pricing, in addition to legal review.
