A team of Pillsbury lawyers and consultants advised San Diego-based diversity, equity and inclusion company Lead Inclusively in its $1.5 million funding round.

Founded in 2016, Lead Inclusively works to empower businesses to leverage diversity and inclusion as an accelerator for business performance. The company’s Software-as-a-Service platform uses neuroscience, artificial intelligence and “real time” nudge messaging to help transform the workplace.

The funding will be used to further develop the company’s SaaS platform that creates learning apps based on the science of behavior change and habit formation.

The Pillsbury team included Corporate partner Christian Salaman, and Pillsbury business consultants Martin Bridges and Thomas Tiop, all in San Diego.
