Anna Graves, co-leader of Pillsbury's Restaurant, Food & Beverage industry team, was recently selected to participate in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Food and Beverage Roundtable, an industry think-tank's worth of Los Angeles food and beverage professionals participating in an open forum, Q&A-style roundtable.

The Roundtable touched on a variety of top-of-mind issues to any food and beverage company, including such topics as early-stage capital, brand extensions, class actions, launching a restaurant gift card program, the latest consumer trends, licensing and regulatory issues, building a company culture, the use of social media by food and beverage companies, and more.
