Nina Martinez Recognized as Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyers Section 40 Under 40 Award Recipient

The Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyers Section’s 40 Under 40 award honors attorneys under the age 40 in the Miami-Dade area who have demonstrated exceptional professional achievement, leadership, community involvement and meaningful contributions to the legal profession early in their careers.

Martinez will be formally recognized at the Young Lawyers Section’s annual Miami Nights event on February 26, 2026, at the Hotel Colonnade Coral Gables.

Martinez focuses her practice on employment matters, providing clients with advice and counsel in crafting workplace policies, navigating proprietary and confidential information concerns, negotiating employment agreements and separations, and addressing all forms of workplace claims including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation/whistleblower disputes. She provides clients with deliberate and thoughtful solutions bolstered by her extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including conducting case investigations, written and oral discovery, motion practice, mediation, and settlement.
