Pillsbury has again been named to Seramount’s 2021 100 Best Companies list. This marks the firm’s 15th inclusion on the annual list, which honors companies whose benefits and policies show a commitment to supporting and nurturing the careers of working parents. Pillsbury was one of only four law firms named to this year’s list.
The 100 companies included on the 2021 list represent almost four million employees in the U.S. To be considered, companies must submit an application that includes more than 400 questions covering subjects such as leave policies, workforce representation, benefits, childcare support, advancement programs and flexibility policies, including gender neutral paid leave, childcare, and flexibility/ support during COVID-19. Seramount also focuses on employee usage of available programs and the accountability of those who oversee them.

This recognition is just the latest bestowed to Pillsbury by Seramount (formerly Working Mother). Earlier this year, the firm earned its 13th consecutive inclusion on Seramount’s Best Law Firms for Women list, its second inclusion on its Best Companies for Dads list and its 2021 Inclusion Index for D&I Advancement in the Workplace. In 2019, Pillsbury was inducted as a member of its inaugural law firm Hall of Fame class in recognition of Pillsbury’s continual efforts to advance women in the legal profession.
