Pillsbury has earned its second consecutive inclusion on Seramount’s “Best Companies for Dads” list, which honors companies that recognize the increasing need to help fathers be equal parenting partners. The 2021 list recognized 100 companies this year whose benefits and policies led in commitment to gender-neutral parental leave, childcare, and flexibility during COVID-19. Pillsbury was one of only three law firms named to this year’s list.

“Dads continue to be outspoken about wanting to be equal partners when it comes to parenting responsibilities and needing the flexibility from their employer in order to do so,” said Subha V. Barry, President of Seramount. “Our Best Companies for Dads are listening to their employees. They’ve made their leave policies more inclusive and have increased the support offered to families during a time when parents and caregivers are constantly juggling home and work life.”

This recognition is just the latest bestowed to Pillsbury by Seramount (formerly Working Mother). The firm just earned its 15th inclusion on the publication's 100 Best Companies for Working Parents list, its 13th consecutive inclusion on its Best Law Firms for Women list and its 2021 Inclusion Index for D&I Advancement in the Workplace. In 2019, Pillsbury was inducted as a member of its inaugural law firm Hall of Fame class in recognition of the firm’s continual efforts to advance women in the legal profession.
