Pillsbury advised Everi Holdings Inc., a premier digital casino gaming content and products, financial technology and player loyalty solutions provider, in its acquisition of Intuicode Gaming Corporation, a privately owned game development and engineering firm with a particular focus on historical horse racing games.
The transaction value is expected to be between $22 million and $27 million.
The Pillsbury deal team was led by Corporate partner Christian Salaman and included associate Kit Ryan, both in San Diego.
