Pillsbury has advised representatives of the underwriters on DTE Energy Company’s $600 million registered public offering of Senior Notes. The offering priced on August 2 and closed on August 6.

The joint book-running managers for the offering were Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. Proceeds will be used to repay short-term borrowings and for general corporate purposes.

DTE Energy is a Detroit-based diversified energy company involved in the development and management of energy-related businesses and services nationwide. Its operating units include an electric utility serving 2.2 million customers in Southeastern Michigan and a natural gas utility serving 1.3 million customers in Michigan. The DTE Energy portfolio also includes non-utility energy businesses focused on power and industrial projects, natural gas pipelines, gathering and storage, and energy marketing and trading.
