Pillsbury advised VTG, a leading provider of national security solutions, on its recent acquisition of Miklos Systems, Inc., a Fairfax, Virginia-based technology company recognized for its software engineering expertise and strong employee-owned culture.
This transaction builds on a series of strategic acquisitions completed by VTG in 2025, including Loki Solutions, Triaplex, Byte Systems, iota IT and Tunuva Technologies—further strengthening the company’s position as a premier solutions provider to the defense and intelligence communities. In its announcement, the company emphasized that the acquisition aligns with VTG’s shared strategic vision with majority investor A&M Capital Partners to broaden technical capabilities and scale its presence in high-impact mission domains.
