Pillsbury advised multi-cloud network company Alkira, in a $54 million Series B funding round. The funds will be used to expand the company to meet global demand for the Alkira Cloud Services Exchange (CSX).
The Alkira CSX is a Network Cloud, a global unified network infrastructure delivered as a service with connectivity for hybrid and multi-cloud networks, integrated network and security services and end-to-end operational visibility and governance.
The Silicon Valley-based Pillsbury team was led by Emerging Growth & Venture Capital partner Stan Pierson and Corporate associate Omar Bailony.
