Pillsbury has selected Executive Compensation & Benefits partner Colleen Lamarre and Employment Law special counsel Andrea Milano to serve as its 2026 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows.
Consideration for this fellowship requires a minimum of eight years of professional practice, demonstrated leadership capability, active community involvement and a record of meaningful impact within an organization. The Fellows program includes interactive professional development programming, leadership-focused meetings to strengthen skills and opportunities to network with accomplished leaders in the legal profession.
Lamarre concentrates her practice on employee benefits (ERISA) and executive compensation matters and advises employers regarding the design, documentation, compliance and administration of retirement, health and welfare plans. She also assists clients with government audits, investigations, reporting and employer disclosure obligations.
Milano manages a diverse caseload of wage and hour class, collective and representative actions, single plaintiff litigation (including ADA accessibility and accommodation claims), transactional work and traditional labor matters across many industries, with a focus on technology, hospitality and health care. She also regularly provides direct advice and counsel on a broad spectrum of labor and employment law matters.
In addition, the firm selected Litigation senior associate Sarah Rowan and associate Arturo Nava to participate as 2026 members of the LCLD Pathfinder program, which supports early-career attorneys through focused professional development. The Pathfinder program offers practical career advancement strategies with an emphasis on leadership development and professional networking. As part of the program, participants engage in peer collaboration, explore career-building best practices, and take part in workshops led by respected industry experts.
Rowan focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, investigations and appeals for a range of clients. She advises clients on matters in New York State courts and federal courts and has handled a diverse array of matters, with a focus on education and securities litigation, and maintains an active pro bono practice.
Based in Pillsbury’s Los Angeles office, Nava focuses his practice on a broad range of complex litigation matters.
“Pillsbury recognizes the value of LCLD’s Pathfinders and Fellows programs in equipping attorneys with leadership skills, strong peer networks and self-efficacy to direct their own career paths,” said Chief Opportunity & Engagement Officer Rosa Walker. “We appreciate the time and intention participants are committing to their continued growth as attorneys and leaders.”
Founded in 2009, the LCLD has grown to an organization of more than 400 members who serve as either general counsel of major corporations or managing partners of the nation’s leading law firms. To learn more about LCLD and its programs, visit www.lcldnet.org.
