The Global Outsourcing 100 is an annual list that recognizes the world’s top outsourcing service providers and advisors. Participation begins with an opt-in application process, after which an independent panel of IAOP customer members—experienced in selecting outsourcing partners for their organizations—evaluates applicants across four key criteria: Customer References, Awards and Certifications, Programs for Innovation, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
