A team of Pillsbury lawyers led by Silicon Valley-based Corporate partner, Davina Kaile, represented online-learning platform Coursera in a $130 million Series F funding round.

Founded in 2012, Coursera is a Mountain View-based online-learning platform that offers a plethora of online learning experiences including specializations, degrees, professional and master track courses. According to Coursera, it anticipates using the additional funding on its product and engineering efforts, to expand the company’s catalog and to further grow its international presence.

In addition to Davina Kaile, the Pillsbury team representing Coursera included attorney Lisa Higa, with assistance from attorney Evan Storm. Also assisting were associate Charmaine Lindley and counsel Alex Tinucci.
