A team of Pillsbury lawyers represented Federal Government cybersecurity and data management software provider, GreenZone Solutions, in a merger with The Ambit Group, a provider of IT, business and mission support services for the Federal Government.
GreenZone's data expertise will help maximize efficiency, reduce friction and recover costs to Ambit’s human-centered approach. The newly combined organization, aimed to enable federal organizations to accelerate their digital transformation goals, creates an agile partner with a 17-year history of enabling government to deliver mission programs.
