Real estate partner Rachel Horsch and senior associate Noa Clark, both in Pillsbury’s San Francisco office, represented investment firm Shorenstein Properties LLC in its purchase of the first phase of North San Jose’s Champion Station from seller TMG Partners. The 426,000 sq. ft. property is near the new San Francisco 49ers stadium and comprises four low-rise office buildings, all currently leased by Cisco Systems. It also enjoys close proximity to residential areas and several transit routes, in addition to two sites for proposed major mixed-use developments.

Though financial details of the transaction were not made public, it is estimated to be worth $100 million.
