Working Mother has again recognized Pillsbury as one of the 100 Best Companies for working parents. The annual list honors companies whose benefits and policies show a commitment to supporting and nurturing the careers of working parents. Only five law firms were named to this year’s list.

To be included on Working Mother's list, companies must submit an application that includes more than 400 questions covering subjects such as leave policies, workforce representation, benefits, childcare support, advancement programs, flexibility policies and more. Working Mother also focuses on employee usage of available programs and the accountability of those who oversee them.

“Our 100 Best Companies are the standard of excellence and continue to pave the way with the work they are doing on behalf of working parents and caregivers in the U.S.,” said Subha Barry, president of Working Mother Media. “These companies were well ahead of the curve when it came to supporting their employees during this time of vast change with their family-friendly policies already in place.”

This recognition is just the latest bestowed on Pillsbury by Working Mother. Earlier this year, the firm was honored by the publication as one of the Best Companies for Multicultural Women and just last week earned a 12th consecutive inclusion on its Best Law Firms for Women list. In 2019, Working Mother included Pillsbury as a member of its inaugural law firm Hall of Fame class.

Pillsbury takes great pride in its steadfast commitment to building a diverse and inclusive culture. The firm was among the first to promote women to partnership and the first large, national firm in the U.S. to elect a woman as its top leader. Year after year, Pillsbury’s inclusion efforts are recognized by Vault.com, the National Association of Female Executives and the Human Rights Campaign, among other organizations.
