Pillsbury Represents AI Infrastructure Startup Modal Labs in $355 M Series C Capital Raise

A Pillsbury team led by New York Emerging Companies & Venture Capital partner Ron Fleming, counsel Taylor O’Toole and senior associate Alec Saccogna represented client Modal Labs in its $355 million Series C capital raise. The round was led by General Catalyst and Redpoint, with Menlo Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures and Accel Ventures joining as new investors. All existing major investors also participated in the round.
