Taylor focuses on general corporate and securities law matters for startups, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and venture capital transactions.

While in law school, Taylor worked at the New York State Office of the Attorney General, was the lead member of the Arts, Sports & Entertainment Law Clinic, and worked as an extern at The Pennsylvania State University’s Office of General Counsel and Office of Ethics and Compliance. She also served as the Executive Articles Editor for the Penn State Law Review, where she published three issues of the Law Review and hosted a symposium on the Big Data Revolution and its impact on various areas of the law. Taylor is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
