In its 2025 guide, the Legal 500: U.S. has recognized Pillsbury as one of the leading law firms in the United States. The firm secured a total of 37 practice rankings this year—a performance that qualifies Pillsbury as one of the best in the United States, according to Legal 500. Notably, the firm was also one of just eight firms to be recognized for client satisfaction, having received exceptionally high scores for client service.
Nearly half of the firm’s practice rankings were in Tier 1, 2 or 3 this year, reflecting particularly high levels of positive client feedback regarding the firm’s practices in Asset Finance; Aviation Litigation and Regulation; Communications; Construction; Education; Energy Transactions; Government Contracts; Insurance; International Trade; M&A; Outsourcing; Tech Transactions; and Venture Capital & Emerging Companies.
The prestigious guide also mentioned 179 Pillsbury lawyers in the accompanying commentary, singling out 24 as leading practitioners in their fields. This list includes 4 Hall of Fame honorees, 10 “Leading partners”, 8 “Next generation partners”, and 2 “Leading associates.”
