She regularly counsels clients on AI procurement, integration and governance. Liz guides highly regulated institutions in migrating business-critical workloads to the cloud and ensures that the full commercial value and expected benefits of those moves are delivered. She also advises on sophisticated data center initiatives—everything from consolidation and footprint reduction to expansion projects required to handle AI and quantum computing. Her approach is practical and outcomes-driven, providing strategic commercial guidance that aligns legal architecture with business needs.
Pillsbury’s internationally recognized Global Sourcing & Technology Transactions team has been Liz’s professional home throughout her career in Washington, DC, New York and now Austin, where she was instrumental in launching Pillsbury’s Austin office. Her passion for the practice and its ever-evolving challenges, together with her unwavering commitment to helping clients not only navigate complexity but also advance their broader business goals, led her to ultimately serve as its leader. In early 2025, she was elected to Pillsbury’s firmwide board, underscoring the lasting value she brings to clients and to the firm. Her board service builds on years of hands-on leadership of cross-office deal teams and prior management roles, including service on the board’s Finance Committee and as chair of the Nominating Committee.
Beyond client work, Liz contributes to the profession as a member of American University Washington College of Law’s Digital Asset Law Committee and as a contributor to the Women in Tech community in Austin.
Liz earned her J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Tulane University. She is admitted in New York and Texas.
