Legal 500: U.S. has again recognized Pillsbury as one of the leading law firms in the United States, ranking 31 of the firm’s practices among the best in the nation. In addition to the impressive raft of practice rankings, firm lawyers were cited more than 140 times in the preeminent legal guide, including 17 who were hailed as standout practitioners.

Six Pillsbury practices—M&A: Middle-Market; Outsourcing; Government Contracts; Insurance; Aviation: Finance Aviation; and Aviation: Litigation and Regulation—were ranked in Tier 1 or Tier 2 of the latest Legal 500: U.S. guide. The firm also achieved a first-time ranking in the Finance: Energy and Power; International Trade: CFIUS; and International Trade: Customs, Export Controls and Economic Sanctions categories, and was named a “Firm to Watch” for Capital Markets: Debt Offerings; Private Equity Buyouts; and Not-For-Profit law.

Four Pillsbury lawyers were honored in the directory’s Hall of Fame: James Alberg (Outsourcing); John Heisse (Construction); Aaron Oser (Outsourcing); and Christopher Wall (International Trade). Another six—Charles Donley (Aviation: Litigation and Regulation); Nancy Fischer (International Trade); Mark Lessard (Aviation: Finance); Meighan O’Reardon (Outsourcing); Jonathan Russo (M&A); and Liz Zimmer (Outsourcing)—were named Leading Lawyers. In addition, Charles Conrad (Construction); Melissa Jones-Prus (Aviation: Finance); Jarrod Murphy (M&A); and Matt Rabinowitz (International Trade) were praised as Next Generation Partners and Laura Jennings (Aviation: Litigation and Regulation); Jessica Nyman (Media, Technology & Telecoms: Regulatory); and Pat Reisinger (Aviation: Finance) were hailed as Rising Stars.
