Reflective of Pillsbury’s commitment to sculpting a diverse organization as well as a more inclusive legal profession, the firm has recently been named a 2022 Compass Award winner by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD).

LCLD is an organization of corporate legal officers and law firm managing partners—the leadership of the profession—dedicated to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession including by offering fellowship programs for early-career and seasoned attorneys to participate in interactive professional development events and attending meetings to hone leadership skills such as executive presence, among other career-building activities.

The Compass Award celebrates the most active LCLD members throughout the year. To be considered for the award, individuals and organizations must fulfill requirements including attending the Annual Membership Meeting, Leadership Summit and/or submit a Leader’s Pledge and actively participate in each of the LCLD’s fellowship programs (Fellows, Pathfinder and Pipeline)—all within a single calendar year.

In March 2022, Pillsbury selected Corporate partner Veronica Nunn to serve as a member on LCLD’s Fellow program along with associate Juan Pablo Cordon to participate as a Pathfinder member. Click here to learn more.
