On August 25, 2021, Sendero Midstream Partners, LP, sold its Carlsbad Gateway, LLC subsidiary to a unit of WhiteWater Midstream LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Carlsbad Gateway owns a 24-inch diameter natural gas pipeline extending from processing facilities near Carlsbad, New Mexico, south to an interconnection with other lines in Texas. It is a key outlet for movement of significant production volumes in the Permian Basin.
