Pillsbury advised premier mobile app marketing platform, Swrve, in the acquisition by MessageGears, the leading customer engagement platform for large consumer brands of certain Swrve assets.

Servicing leading brands such as Expedia, Indeed, OpenTable and T-Mobile, MessageGear’s platform allows enterprise marketers to leverage data to personalize engagement with their customers via email, SMS and mobile apps.

The acquisition of Swrve is expected to bring MessageGear’s unique, data-connected approach to a more global audience.
