Pillsbury advised TJM Labs, an AI-driven pharmacy automation company, on its recent acquisition of Encore Rx Automation, a provider of pharmacy data entry automation solutions for independent and retail pharmacies.
The terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
TJM Labs’ AI-powered platform is designed to automate high-volume administrative workflows, reducing manual effort and enhancing operational efficiency without increasing headcount. According to a company press release, the acquisition is expected to strengthen TJM Labs’ platform in key areas, including stronger retail coverage, improved customer support and expanded team and engineering capacity.
