Allison Leopold Tilley, an Emerging Growth & Venture Capital partner in Pillsbury’s Silicon Valley office, has been named one of The Recorder’s 2015 Women Leaders in Tech Law for the fifth year in a row. The publication describes Leopold Tilley’s work with clients ranging from startups to emerging Fortune 500 companies in California’s booming tech industry. She recently led a team that represented Ikanos Communications Inc., a maker of semiconductor products, in its sale to a Qualcomm subsidiary for $47 million, and she serves on the advisory board for the Women in Law Empowerment Forum. Recently, she was appointed to serve through 2016 on Pillsbury’s 12-member Executive Board, which leads the firm.

As part of a Q&A for the Women Leaders in Tech Law, Leopold Tilley told The Recorder the most valuable career advice she’s ever received:
