Who’s Who Legal named Pillsbury partners Simon Barrett, David Dekker, Jeffrey Gans, John Heisse, Michael Evan Jaffe and Robert Thum to its 2018 list of the world’s foremost construction lawyers. Who’s Who Legal Construction recognizes leading lawyers in construction law, with expertise in M&A and transactional matters, regulatory issues, and disputes including complex litigation and multi-jurisdictional arbitration.
Of particular note, Heisse was among the 10 lawyers in North America to receive the highest number of nominations from peers, corporate counsel and other market sources this year. He was described by market commentators as “an excellent construction litigator with significant international practice experience” who provides a “practical and pragmatic approach.”
Nominees for Who’s Who Legal Construction 2018 were selected based upon comprehensive, independent survey work with both general counsel and private practice lawyers worldwide. Only specialists who have met independent international research criteria were listed. This year’s list includes 799 lawyers from nearly 400 law firms worldwide.
