“Technotainment” 2025: Distributing Content Across Multiple Platforms

Partner Carolyn Toto is serving as the chairperson for this year’s program. Joining her on the faculty is Jeewon Serrato, partner and leader of the firm's Consumer Protection team. 

Jeewon will speak on “Ethics and Corporate Responsibility for Executives in Privacy, Cybersecurity and AI,” from 9:15 am to 10:15 am PDT. This discussion will give an overview of the legal requirements for reporting and the ethical obligations for executives to oversee and manage modern consumer protection risks. After completing this session, participants will be able to:
