Following her “Dealmaker of the Year” award for the Technology category in 2021, Silicon Valley-based Corporate partner Allison Leopold Tilley was recently recognized as a 2022 Top Woman in Dealmaking in the Mergers & Acquisitions category by The Deal.

The Deal’s 2022 awards mark its second year honoring exemplary women in the legal profession. Female attorneys who have demonstrated excellence in their respective legal fields may be nominated by fellow colleagues and peers. Those eligible for the Top Women in Dealmaking award lawyers must be U.S.-based partners and must have shown a strong ability to navigate intricate transactions over the past 12 months while also maintaining strong client relationships.

“To be chosen as a top woman in dealmaking in the mergers and acquisitions sector is a true honor,” Allison said. “In the past year, we saw a tremendous amount of activity in M&As, and thankfully, we worked with many wonderful clients with those needs across the technology sector.”

With numerous recognitions by Chambers and Best Lawyers, Allison advises technology companies, including on their formation, venture capital financings, multibillion-dollar M&As, public offerings, securities transactions and board governance. Additionally, she advises on private placements, public offerings, venture funds and joint ventures, and general corporate transactions. Allison also serves on Pillsbury’s Managing Board and previously served as Chair of the Nominating Committee.

Most recently, Allison advised Concentrix Corporation, a leading global provider of customer experience (CX) services and technologies, in a $131 million all-cash transaction to acquire ServiceSource. Allison also served as the lead attorney for Robin.io’s acquisition by Rakuten Symphony, Inc.
