The First District Appellate Symposium presented by the Appellate Practice Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF)

BASF’s First District Appellate Symposium returns after a four-year hiatus and welcomes Justices from every Division of the First District to address critical areas of practice. Pillsbury Appellate team leader Kevin Fong will moderate a panel discussion on “Mediation: How it works at the court, and what it requires of counsel and clients” on November 9 at the Symposium. Panel speakers include Justice Ignazio J. Ruvolo, Division Four, and Gary Weiner, Mediation Program Administrator, California Court of Appeal.
