Pillsbury advised XOR Security, a cyber operations and engineering firm, in its recent acquisition by Agile Defense Inc., a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Agile Defense Inc. is an end-to-end provider of large-scale, digital transformations solutions to the Department of Defense. XOR Security offers enterprise-scale cybersecurity operations and platform engineering solutions that address the most prominent cybersecurity threats. As a result of the acquisition, Agile now hosts an employee base of approximately 1,000 cleared personnel, and serves a growing range of defense, national security and critical information missions.
