Pillsbury’s expansive testing- and vaccination-related experience includes:

  • Identifying testing options, including the types of tests, frequency of testing, testing capacity constraints, and turnaround time for results delivery
  • Vetting, drafting, and negotiating non-disclosures agreements, limited notices to proceed, and final contracts with multiple testing partners, including universities, hospitals, testing suppliers, testing laboratories and health insurance carriers
  • Developing memorandums of understanding with technology providers, health insurance companies, and others including pro bono consulting and testing support services

  • Projecting future testing requirements 
  • Facilitating negotiations to acquire necessary equipment from third parties to administer testing or vaccinations  
  • Licensing the latest technologies to implement in delivering and tracking testing results and contact tracing
  • Advising employers on implementing potential company-wide vaccination policies
  • Securing and navigating leasing issues in establishing alternative site locations to administer tests and vaccines
