  • Represented Hyundai Motor as complainant to stop the importation of gray-market service and repair parts using four Hyundai trademarks. Obtained a Limited Exclusion Order, Cease and Desist Orders, and a Consent Order against four respondents.   • Represented four respondents in a five-patent section 337 investigation concerning carburetor technology. Obtained pre-hearing summary determination of no violation based on the complainant’s failure to satisfy the domestic industry requirement.   • Represented Sigma Designs in the ITC against Broadcom regarding alleged patent infringement of Sigma system of chip (SoC) devices used in televisions.
