- Representing large financial institutions and their service providers before Congress and the financial regulatory agencies.
- Crafting provisions related to payment products in the Dodd-Frank Act and maintaining productive working relationships with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau officials charged with promulgating rules to implement those provisions.

- Advising an engineering, procurement, construction, operations and maintenance company interested in a wide variety of stimulus sectors.
- Advising clients on the reauthorization of the nation’s surface transportation laws and identifying funding opportunities under such laws.
- Advocating for local interests related to federal water projects in California, including public-private partnerships, optimizing use of recycled water, and interactions with the Bureau of Reclamation.

- Led successful initiative before the U.S. Trade Representative, Commerce Department, and State Department to protect a product manufacturer’s interests and intellectual property in China.
- Representing a global leader in industrial manufacturing and infrastructure in communications with congressional representatives related to pending corporate litigation over steam generators at a U.S. nuclear plant.
- Advising and advocating for a cutting-edge U.S. cybersecurity company in national defense authorizations and related appropriations.

- Handling government relations for Canadian companies with several billion dollars in U.S. real estate and other assets. Initiatives include infrastructure development and Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act compliance.
- Advocating on initiatives for development of one of the world’s largest shopping, entertainment and tourism centers, which will ultimately create an estimated 35,755 full-time jobs in the U.S. MidAtlantic region.

- Secured nearly $13 million in federal funding for a unique and ambitious research park on behalf of a major private university.
- Developed congressional and agency support leading to a $5 million grant to a university to develop an innovative health care workforce training program.
- Worked on behalf of educational institutions to amend statutory language to enable foreign language studies for military veterans.
- Promoted nationwide adoption of a model program shown to reduce homelessness and address common mental health issues faced by military veterans.

- Assisted multinational development and finance company in gaining federal support for multibillion-dollar development project, directing appropriations efforts and securing millions in federal funds for R&D, economic development and infrastructure.
- Serving as a state county’s federal lobbyists, working to secure federal funding for an array of worthy projects, including ones related to region’s law enforcement, transportation and flood control needs.
- Advised and advocated for a cutting-edge cybersecurity company regarding legislative defense authorization and related appropriations.
- Orchestrated state and local strategy for nonprofit membership trade association Yoga Alliance to combat unnecessary regulation of yoga teacher training programs by state agencies that oversee vocational training.
