Using audio excerpts from one of his recent Ninth Circuit arguments, Kevin will illustrate some of his insights into common challenges in Oral Advocacy—framing the key issues, handling tough questions, controlling the flow of the argument, and wrapping things up, for example. He will also talk about the broader task of developing your own comfortable personal style of Oral Advocacy.
