Ashley Cowgill is a member of the firm’s Wine, Beer & Spirits Law practice and represents manufacturers, distributors, retailers and third parties within the alcohol beverage industry. She devotes much of her practice to addressing alcohol regulatory issues, including trade practice and tied house questions as well as promotional matters involving alcohol advertisements and marketing practices.

Her background includes widespread litigation experience, encompassing initial case evaluation, negotiation, discovery and trial. She also has broad alternative dispute resolution experience and has negotiated settlements in limited and complex cases.

  • Providing national alcohol beverage regulatory advice to non-licensed entities regarding compliance with alcohol beverage laws throughout the United States

  • Evaluating promotional offerings for trade practice and tied house compliance
