Baylee works with the members of Pillsbury’s Tax and Corporate groups to provide federal income business tax advice to clients.

Representative Experience

Advises and represents a financial services firm in its federal tax audits with IRS, serving as subject matter expert, as well as assisting with factual development, for the client’s litigation counsel.
Advice on a non-profit AI-based healthtech company’s corporate formation and tax-exempt status, and corporate agreements (internal and external).
Advised numerous community and public organizations regarding incorporation and 501 (c) matters.
Advised a global commodities merchant with Qualifying Advanced Energy Project credit applications.
