Baylee Beeman focuses her practice on corporate tax matters.

Baylee works with the members of Pillsbury’s Tax and Corporate groups to provide federal income business tax advice to clients.

Representative Experience

  • Advises and represents a financial services firm in its federal tax audits with IRS, serving as subject matter expert, as well as assisting with factual development, for the client’s litigation counsel.
  • Advice on a non-profit AI-based healthtech company’s corporate formation and tax-exempt status, and corporate agreements (internal and external).
  • Advised numerous community and public organizations regarding incorporation and 501 (c) matters.
  • Advised a global commodities merchant with Qualifying Advanced Energy Project credit applications.
